Our experts will show the property and will handle the entire leasing process through contract signing.

Better Maintenance and Protection

Receive proactive maintenance of your property, including regular inspections. When a problem does arise, we will work with our reliable network of vendors to ensure repairs are timely, efficient and done right the first time.

Services

We offer two options for property owners.

Tenant Placement

Includes:

  • Marketing the property to tenants, including taking photos and placing your unit on major rental sites.
  • Showing the property to prospective tenants.
  • Executing a full credit and criminal background check.
  • Verifying employment and pay level.
  • Drafting and preparing leases that are up-to-date and legally compliant.
  • Seeing the process through contract signing, including answering questions and troubleshooting last-minute issues.

Cost: 75% of first month’s rent

Full-Service Management

Includes:

  • All services in tenant placement.
  • Ongoing rent collection (includes any HOA dues).
  • Quarterly home inspections.
  • Quick and fast resolution to any issues (e.g., timely repairs).
  • 24/7 maintenance line.
  • Representation in small claims court (Iowa only).
  • Detailed statements of costs, including suggestions to maximize the ROI on your property.

Cost: 75% of first month’s rent plus 10% of ongoing rent
